Information collected
The repair form collects the contact, project, access-status, and problem information you choose to provide. Do not provide passwords, private keys, recovery codes, full credentials, or unnecessary customer data.
How information is used
Information is used to review your request, communicate about the project, prepare an estimate, perform approved work, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal or payment obligations. It is not sold.
Storage and retention
Initial submissions are stored as protected files outside public routing. The configured retention target is 365 days unless a longer period is needed for an active project, payment record, dispute, or legal requirement.
Your choices
Email help@fixaimistakes.com to request access, correction, or deletion of submitted project information. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
